When can I download OpenHanzi?

OpenHanzi is still in development and is not on the App Store yet. This page offers a preview of the app; a download link will be added when it launches.

Which languages can I study?

The app includes English vocabulary collections for IELTS, TOEFL, CET-4 and CET-6, plus Chinese vocabulary for HSK 3.0 levels 1–3.

How does review work?

Your learning plan combines new words with scheduled reviews. Recall and spelling practice help you check your understanding, while your progress is saved on your device.

Can I use it offline?

Bundled vocabulary, local search, and saved learning progress work on your device. Some voice and AI-assisted features need an internet connection.
